Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all diamond grading certificates, warranties, and the packing slip inside a shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team verifies the condition and authenticity of the diamond, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
